SUMMARY OF DIVISION:
The Complex Case Management Services Division provides programs and services aimed at reducing the duration and expense associated with long-term, complex, and complicated claims.
Through the efforts of the complex division, ATF Canada provides leadership, expertise, and direction for insurers, employers, unions and other organizations with an interest in file resolution and claimant recovery. In this way, physical disability, cognitive impairment, or other associated barriers to recovery are addressed to further rehabilitation efforts, enhance function, improve employability/ productivity, and ultimately facilitate reintegration into the workforce and activities of daily life.
